Tweet up competition

Terms & Conditions: Wacom Australia “Tweet Up Competition”

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.

1. This Wacom Australia “Tweet Up Competition” is open for participation for Australian residents commencing from November 23rd 2009, and closing at midnight AEST 29th November 2009.
2. Eligible participants will enter by Retweeting (RT) the following message on their personal twitter account to all their followers: “RT this and win a new Wacom Bamboo, click here: http://bit.ly/2tmvwS for more info”.
3. Eligible participants may also enter by tweeting the URL of the competition page and the hash tag to enter.
4. Competition page is http://www.wacom.com.au/bamboo_au/tweetup/.
5. The Prize is a game of chance and will be drawn daily on November 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th.

PRIZE: BAMBOO PEN AND TOUCH

1. The prize is one (1) Bamboo Pen and Touch per winner.
2. Each set of Bamboo Pen and Touch values AUD $159.00.
3. Prize will be shipped to Australian resident only residing in Australia and Tasmania only.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

1. Prize draws will take place at M&a Level 9, 1 Elizabeth Plaza North Sydney NSW 2060 at 12:00pm on the following days November 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th.
2. Winners will be notified by @reply to their Twitter id and Direct Message (DM) if functionality is available.
3. Winners will also be posted with in 48 hours of the draw on the following url: http://www.wacom.com.au/bamboo_au/tweetup/.
4. In the case that the prize is unclaimed by 31st March 2010, A prize redraw will take place at M&a Level 9, 1 Elizabeth Plaza North Sydney NSW 2060 at 1.00pm.

CONDITIONS

1. Wacom Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
2. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. No responsibility will be accepted for late or misdirected entries. All entries are deemed to be received at the time stamp on the Twitter database.
4. All correct and valid entries submitted during the specified Period, will be entered into the prize draw to win the nominated prizes.
5. Any entries submitted outside the promotion time & date parameters outlined above, or after the promotion period has closed, will not be included in the promotion.
6. All entries will be the property of Wacon Australia Pty Ltd. The information entrants provide will be used by Trend Wacom Australia Pty Ltd for the purpose of conducting this promotion.
